Annual certification — what's required

Anchor points and height safety systems must be inspected, tested and certified every 12 months to remain compliant with AS/NZS 1891.4:2025 (fall arrest) and AS/NZS ISO 22846.2:2020 (rope access). Our certified testers attend site, load-test each anchor, document the results, and issue compliance certificates. Where a system fails testing, we provide a quote to repair or replace failed components — usually a fraction of the cost of a full new system.

More anchors isn't a better system

A common misconception is that more anchor points equal a safer or more compliant system. In reality, a well-designed system with fewer, correctly-placed anchors is safer, cheaper and easier to use than an over-specified one. We design to suit the actual access tasks required — window cleaning, gutter clearing, facade inspection, antenna maintenance — not to maximise hardware sales.

Compliance and qualifications

Our installers are SafetyLink-certified and our testers hold current rope access and height safety certifications. We work in full compliance with WHS legislation and SafeWork NSW requirements.
